How do I arrange delivery or pickup?

All items are available for pickup in Houston, TX by appointment. 

We offer shipping on smaller items within the U.S. Shipping will be calculated at checkout on eligible items.

For furniture and oversized items - we're happy to provide a white-glove delivery or freight shipping quote. Please contact us prior to purchase if you will be needing delivery or freight shipping. While Heredity Home does not offer in-house delivery services, we coordinate with a trusted network of third-party carriers to facilitate shipping when needed.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final. Because our pieces are vintage or antique, and often delicate or rare, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. That said, if an item arrives significantly misrepresented or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours so we can make it right.

How can I be sure about an item’s condition?

We do our best to provide detailed descriptions and photographs of each item, including signs of age and patina. If you have specific questions or would like to request additional photos before purchasing, we’re happy to assist.

Can I place an item on hold?

We do not offer holds at this time, as many of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and tend to sell quickly. We recommend purchasing promptly if you've found something you love.
